What are your rates?

We offer competitive rates for dog training services. While we have a basic fee structure, we may make adjustments based on individual needs. For more information, please give us a call.

What types of payment do you accept?

We are happy to accept cash, checks, credit cards, and PayPal.

Are classes refundable?

Class registration fees are refundable up to seven days before the class start date. There are no refunds after this date. If you cannot complete your class due to your dog's injury, illness, or onset of heat cycle, you will receive a 50% discount to be applied to a future class. No discounts are given after the third class.

What if I have to miss a class?

It's fine to sign up for a class series even if you know you'll have to miss one or two classes. Please let the instructor know about your planned (or unplanned) absence/s. Homework for each class is available in the "Homework" section of this website, and you are welcome to come to the next class a few minutes early to get caught up on anything you missed. We do not offer make up classes.

If your puppy can't come to class due to illness or injury, we encourage you to come to class without your pup. You can learn as much (if not more!) in class without your puppy. We do not offer make up classes.

Do you allow children in class?

Yes! We love children in dog training classes. Our classes are designed to strengthen the bond between dogs and all of their family members. Kids can be great dog trainers, and they are fantastic for puppy socialization purposes. Because it is nearly impossible to focus on dog training while supervising young children in a class environment, we require a second adult to accompany kids under the age of 10.

Do dogs have to be spayed or neutered to participate in class?

We welcome all dogs, regardless of reproductive status. No fooling around behind the bleachers, though.

Can I observe a class before registering?

Absolutely. Just contact Katrin at 503.719.7973 or to let us know when you'd like to come.
